1. Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are an extension of these Terms of Service and apply to all bookings made with PROFinish Details LLC. By scheduling an appointment online, via phone, or in person, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Services and Packages

PROFinish Details LLC offers a variety of detailing services, including but not limited to Ceramic Coating, Paint Correction, and Mobile Detailing. Service details and pricing are outlined on our website and are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the requested service.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

  • A declined payment must be resolved within 48 hours to avoid collections processes.

4. Booking Policies

  • Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicles before service. PROFinish Details LLC is not liable for lost or damaged items.

  • All services are performed at the customer's own risk. Customers must ensure their vehicle is ready for standard cleaning processes.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee.

  • Additional charges may apply for services requiring extensive time or dealing with hazardous materials (e.g., blood, vomit, urine, or feces).

5. Mobile Detailing Policies

  • PROFinish Details LLC provides all necessary water and electricity for mobile services. No customer resources are required.

  • A safe and legal work environment (e.g., driveway, parking lot) must be provided by the customer.

6. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority. If a service does not meet expectations, you may file a claim within 48 hours of service completion.

  • Claims can be made via phone (737-393-3427) or email (alex@profinishdetails.com).

  • Clear photos of unsatisfactory areas must be provided within 24 hours of the claim.

  • We will redo unsatisfactory portions of the service at no cost if the claim is validated.

7. Appointment Time Policy

While we strive to meet scheduled appointment times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic) may cause delays. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window. Customers will be informed of delays as soon as possible.

8. Promotions and Referral Policy

  • From time to time, PROFinish Details LLC may offer referral or coupon programs. These promotions cannot be combined and are subject to specific terms.

  • Abuse of referral or coupon programs may result in forfeiture of credits and other actions.

9. Website Terms of Use

By accessing the PROFinish Details LLC website, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or misuse of website content is prohibited.

10. Liability and Disclaimer

  • PROFinish Details LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or any issues unrelated to our services.

  • Any liability for damages is limited to the cost of the service performed.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Texas courts.
